CMC Markets ranked celebrities with the most expensive NFT portfolios. The company analyzed Rarible and DappRadar data and concluded that 60% of the celebrities on the list are from the music industry.
Notable collectors include:
- Snoop Dogg holds this list’s most expensive NFT portfolio, thanks to CryptoPunk #8472. This NFT was last sold for $1.71 million. In addition to the valuable #8472, the American rapper has Meebits, Moonbirds, and Bored Ape Yacht Club in his portfolio. The total value of the portfolio is $4.63 million. No wonder Snoop has been hailed as the unofficial face of the NFT space.
- Steve Aoki, an American DJ, is an avid collector. He owns several BAYCs. The cost of each is over $200,000. His portfolio also holds CryptoPunk, Moonbirds, Mutant Apes, Azuki, CloneX, and more.
