A couple of hours ago, the developers of the move-to-earn app Stepn shared a blog post about a new promotion for the third world. It is related to obtaining APE Realm Genesis sneakers by burning five sneakers.
Starting today at 12:00 AM PT until 13:00 PT on August 13th, you can upgrade shoes in the APE Realm for a 50/50 chance to turn them into APE Realm Genesis sneakers.
The number of upgraded Genesis Sneakers is limited to 200 pairs; successfully burning the sneakers results in an immediate reward. The event will end early if 200 Genesis sneakers are generated. Developers advise hurrying. The Genesis ID of the shoe will be randomly selected from the Genesis IDs not yet taken, i.e. between G1 and 20,000.
The developers added that going forward, and a 2/7 mint will no longer be required to burn five sneakers. This update is permanent and will work in other worlds.
