- Belarusian hackers hacked into the database of passport data of residents of the Republic of Belarus
- They claim they stole Lukashenka’s e-passport
- The document was turned into NFT and they want to sell it at an auction
It seems that Lukashenka did not expect from which side the attack was being prepared. And it was prepared from the side of… the blockchain.
Hackers from the group ” Belarusian Cyber Partisans ” stated that they managed to hack into the database with the passports of citizens of the Republic of Belarus. Among them is a document of the Minsk dictator.
The hacktivists created an NFT collection called ” Belarusian Passports ” and put it up for auction at OpenSea. But the marketplace blocked the collection due to violations of the law on personal data. Now the cyber guerrillas are looking for an alternative platform:
Some observers do not believe that the digital passport is real. They noticed a misspelling in the word “Republic” and a misspelling of “Alexander”.
The main goal of the “Belarusian Partisans” is to raise funds for the fight against the bloody regime of Lukashenka and the Kremlin. They plan to put up for sale the NFT passports of other politicians closely associated with the Belarusian president.
