The Pyramid Project decided to conduct an experiment by asking the question: if the best artists in the world left their names on their works and sold them as NFTs, would they have any value?
To answer this question and encourage enthusiasts to buy art for art’s sake, the project is releasing a series of NFTs. Pyramid has collected works by artists who have exhibited in such renowned galleries as the Louvre and the Guggenheim. Their NFT works are already available for purchase on the OpenSea marketplace.

The project is managed by the anonymous NFTMASTERS group , which claims to be “a group of experts in the worlds of art, culture, finance, technology, law, and project management,” according to information also posted on the website . Interestingly, one of the few artists followed by the NFTMASTERS Twitter account is Beeple, whose work sold for $69 million last year. Some may assume that the works of the project reflect the style of this artist. But given the premise of the experiment, there is no way to know for sure.
All NFTs contain content that links to the original file used to create the artwork. Each artist took a theme from the Human Metaneeds Pyramid. Tokens can contain video, computer graphics and digital works on each central topic.
Each anonymous artist was assigned a pseudonym . Nevertheless, one of the artists nevertheless revealed his identity. Sergei Gorodensky, who has exhibited in Russia and worked with international brands, added his pseudonym to his Twitter name and posted some of his work on his Instagram page. The level of fame of the artists involved in this project is unknown. However, if they have been exhibited in the prestigious museums that NFTMASTERS claims, it will be an interesting project.
