The NFT market has seen a slight uptick in the past week as $658.4 million in sales were recorded. In addition, an NFT collection called Moonbirds raised $231.9 million.
NFT volume is up slightly this week as sales jumped 3.35% higher from last week’s data. Sales volume related to 15 different blockchain networks totaled $658.4 million last week. Seven days ago, on April 10, sales the week before fell 13%.
This week, Ethereum sales totaled $562.9 million, up 3.74% from last week. Compared to last week, the largest percentage increase in sales volume of all 15 blockchains was Polygon, jumping 106.68% with $7.3 million in sales. THIS WEEK, BSC-based NFT sales jumped 58.89% higher, while Arbitrum NFT sales rose 30.74%. Wax blockchain NFTs are down 39.92% in the last seven days from $2.2 million.

The NFT collection that captured the best sales this week was Moonbirds, as the NFT collection recorded $231.9 million in sales. The second-highest sales came from the Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) collection, with $26.8 million.
MAYC was followed by the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) sale, which generated $22.8 million in sales in the last seven days. Other notable collections that have ranked in the top 10 NFT collections by weekly sales volume include collections such as Azuki, Cryptopunks, Clonex, Imposter Genesis, MOAR, Beanz, and Doodles, respectively. The stats also show that the best NFT sale this week was Cryptopunk 7756, which sold for 1,050 Ether or $3.2 million at the time of settlement. The Bored Ape 8537 Yacht Club sold for 200.69 Ether or $604,854 and the Azuki 9759 sold for 195.3 Wrapped Ether (WETH) or $579,214.
These three NFTs accounted for 0.672% of $658.4 million in NFT sales over the past seven days. Top fractional NFT projects by market valuation include $3M APE, $1.99M ANFD and $1.27M ZOMB today. The most expensive NFT to date belongs to the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFT collection, which has a minimum price of 103.5 ETH. BAYC is followed by PROOF Collective (78 ETH), Cryptopunks (63.69 ETH), Bored Ape Chemistry Club (34.33 ETH) and Azuki (26.5 ETH).
