According to Dune Analytics, Yuga Labs, Otherdeed For Otherside has sold $1,010,307,044. A total of 49,229 NFT trades under the project have been completed to date.
Enthusiasts of the NFT space are increasingly interested in investing in virtual land. However, not all of them see this as a plus. Billionaire Mark Cuban, who actively invests in projects at Yuga Labs, considered it a stupid idea to acquire virtual land, citing that investing in real estate cannot work in the metaverse since artificial scarcity cannot be created there.
Last month, the main event, “First Trip,” took place in the Otherside metaverse, attracting more participants to the project. About 34,000 enthusiasts own Otherdeed to this point. Several more events are expected in the near future, in which participants can also test the metaverse.
Over the past two weeks, prices on some of Yuga Labs’ NFT collections, including Bored Ape Yacht Club, Otherdeed for Otherside, and CryptoPunks, have risen by more than 17%.
Otherdeed’s trading volume rose 14% for the day to $777,630.
