It became known: that streamers on the Twitch platform will be able to create their non-fungible tokens (NFT) and utility tokens. They will be able to mint virtual assets and distribute them to their fans.
Representatives of the PlayNFT digital platform confirmed the information that they received a cash grant for the development and used additional funding from the RippleX XRPL program. As such, the money will be invested so that Twitch streamers can create personal NFT collections on XRPLedger and interact with other participants and developers to use digital assets in blockchain games.
According to official data, a full-fledged service and functionality will become available to Twitch customers in August 2022. PlayNFT assured that they would try their best to connect NFT holders and creators with the content of games based on the blockchain.
The platform’s streamers greeted the news enthusiastically, noting that they would happily allow their subscribers to have unique digital assets associated with their content.
