Save Your Wardrobe, a digital wardrobe platform, has received a $3M funding round. According to the company’s founder, this amount was the largest in attracting investments in Save Your Wardrobe.
The names of the investors are unknown at the moment. However, as it turned out a little later, one of them was the famous digital fashion company Farfetch, which participated in the financing through its Dream Assembly program.
The proceeds will allow Save Your Wardrobe to enter the European market. The first stops will be the UK, Germany, and France. In addition, it will also help increase the company’s staff and expand its B2B offering.
Save Your Wardrobe is committed to digitizing users’ wardrobes and offering clothing restoration and recycling services to reduce waste.
The platform also uses artificial intelligence, which makes it easier to scan, identify and store clothes in virtual closets. This makes it easy to match outfits, prevents wardrobe clutter with duplicate items, and inspires other users to use circular fashion technology.
“This investment round marks a fascinating time for the Save Your Wardrobe team. Technology is at the forefront of our business, and this investment allows us to fulfill our mission to be the pioneers in the circular fashion movement, using the most innovative technologies to eradicate the culture of discarded clothes,” concluded founder Hasna Kurda.
