The supermodel has unveiled a new line of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) called CY-B3LLA, featuring artwork based on 3D scans of Bella Hadid’s face and figure.
Hadid, 25, said she was fascinated by the shared virtual world and wanted “cool versions” of herself.
NFTs were created to “encourage travel, community, growth, fantasy and human interaction,” she previously stated on social media. Digital assets stored on a blockchain, records of transactions carried out on networked computers, are known as NFTs. NFTs can be used to buy and sell almost any type of digital content, including photos, movies, music, and text.
A collection inspired by ten countries
Hadid said the procedure was “a lot of fun,” and the perfect products conveyed her “accurate facial expression.” NFT mining platform reBASE has jointly created its collection of 11,111 NFTs. NFT CY-B3LLA was influenced by artists from ten different countries.
Bella said:
“Seeing what version of me their brain came up with was really interesting… There are so many different versions of me that you could create, not the ones I could ever come up with.”
Japan-inspired images of Bella Hadid’s robotic look will be the first batch of digital content to be released before September. These NFTs can be used to access actual events that Hadid participates in and unlock rewards and other benefits. NFT trends in various sectors are on the rise.
